2. Executive design in BIM

We produce detailed shop/executive drawings, advanced-LOD BIM models and technical schedules, ready for contractor issue.

3. Multidisciplinary technical coordination

We ensure full consistency across architecture, structures, MEP, fire & life safety and H&S, eliminating clashes and inconsistencies.

4. Support to site supervision & execution control

Ongoing technical assistance to the Site Supervisor, attendance at site meetings and rapid resolution of operational issues.

5. Documentation management & as-built updates

We track progress, update the BIM model and prepare final deliverables ready for testing, commissioning and handover.
