What it means to design fire safety
Fire prevention requires specialised competence and continuous updates. Our accredited engineers develop tailored fire strategies based on:
- Risk assessment and fire load analysis
- Material selection and fire compartmentation
- Means of egress calculations and evacuation strategy
- Design of detection, suppression and pressurisation systems
- BIM integration for simulations and technical checks
With our experience, we manage the full process with the Italian Fire Brigade (VVF)—from submitting the project to obtaining the Fire Prevention Certificate (CPI). (For UAE projects, we coordinate Civil Defence approvals as required.)

1. Preliminary assessment and activity classification
We frame the activity under DPR 151/2011, identify the applicable technical codes (e.g., DM 03/08/2015 – Fire Prevention Code) and set the most suitable fire strategy.

We assist contractors in correctly implementing fire measures and compiling the documentation required for the CPI.
5. Renewals and code upgrades
Ongoing support for periodic renewals, regulatory updates, change of use and system modifications—including existing buildings.
