For over 20 years we have delivered ambitious civil, industrial and urban projects, providing multidisciplinary solutions that integrate architecture, structural engineering, MEP and urban planning.

We are architects, engineers and project managers with complementary expertise and a common goal: to simplify technical complexity by offering clients a single, reliable point of contact-competent, responsive and accountable.

BM Engineering is led by Arch. Barbara Té, founder and operational heart of the firm. With experience, method and strategic vision, she has built a structured yet agile practice able to adapt to the most demanding projects in Italy and internationally.

Every project calls for tailored solutions defined by context, use and technical complexity. We coordinate all disciplines in-house-architecture, structural engineering, MEP, health & safety and fire & life safety-to ensure a smooth, compliant and fully coordinated process.


We support clients across every phase: preliminary studies, detailed and executive design, permits and authority approvals, site supervision and testing. Advanced tools such as BIM help reduce time, cost and risk, maximising value in retail, hospitality, logistics, culture, industrial buildings and urban regeneration

Over the years we have been selected by leading Italian and international organisations across retail, logistics, hospitality, commercial development and public administration. Our experience spans new builds, refurbishment of existing assets, restoration and code upgrades for listed heritage buildings, and executive engineering for large commercial and industrial schemes.

Our reliability is grounded in a rigorous, transparent method; mastery of technical regulations (e.g., DM 03/08/2015 for fire prevention; Legislative Decree 81/08 for construction health & safety); and the ability to respond precisely to project requirements-even in highly complex contexts.

Advisory & technical consultancy

We also act as specialised technical advisors, supporting decision-making from feasibility through to on-site quality control. Our advisory covers building codes and planning, fire certification, workplace safety (D.Lgs. 81/08), technical and planning due diligence, industrial racking audits and thermographic diagnostics.

Our approach is analytical and multidisciplinary-anticipating issues, optimising time and budget, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. More than suppliers, we position ourselves as trusted technical partners to established companies, investors and real-estate groups.
